Given the establishment and continuity of the Islamic Republic of Iran centered on the Guardianship of the Jurist (Velayat-e Faqih), continuously examining its various dimensions and striving to convey this core belief to the public is of great importance. The present study aims to examine the dimensions of the Guardianship of the Jurist in the works of Shia jurists to facilitate audience familiarity with the topic. The main question is: what are the dimensions of the Guardianship of the Jurist so that citizens and the Islamic community can gain a deeper understanding of it? Therefore, the main question is which major aspects and discussions regarding the Guardianship of the Jurist appear in the works of Shia jurists, and how can they be categorized? The research hypothesis is that the main discussions about the Guardianship of the Jurist in Shia jurists’ works can be classified into five sections. This study employs a descriptive-analytical research method. According to the findings, the discussions regarding the Guardianship of the Jurist can be classified into four parts: 1) Concept and historical background of the Guardianship of the Jurist, 2) Foundations, conditions, duties, authorities, and challenges regarding the Guardianship of the Jurist, 3) The Guardianship of the Jurist in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and 4) Performance of the Guardianship of the Jurist in the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the three main roles of the Guardianship of Jurist.
